Cancellation Policy
I understand, things come up!
To ensure fairness for both you and other clients, I kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel after that time, a 50% charge based on your scheduled appointment will apply.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, our session will be canceled and there will be a 50% fee.
For a no-call, no-show, it's a 100% charge of your appointment.
